How Consultation Works
The first consultation (45 min, $60 NZD) includes a detailed health history, Ayurvedic body type and imbalance assessment, and personalized dietary, lifestyle, and treatment recommendations.
Follow-ups, if needed, are 20 min ($40 NZD). Most patients don’t require a follow-up within the first month, but this depends on individual needs.
